"When You Feel Like Quitting Think About Why You Started", says Vivek | IBPS PO – 09 |_2.1

This is Vivek Singh from Patna, Bihar. I have qualified IBPS PO MT-VIII and Union Bank Of India has been allotted to me. I would like to thank bankersadda for the study material they provided which helped me a lot in achieving this success and share my story. Hope it would inspire aspiring candidates. I am married and this was my last attempt as I would be 30 years old in June 2019. Hence this has brought immense joy to everyone I know.

“When You Feel Like Quitting Think About Why You Started”
The above quote inspires me a lot. I believe when you start something you give it a lot of thought and hence quitting before it is completed doesn’t make any sense. However, starting something without a plan and back-up could backfire and leave you lost with nowhere to go. When you have a plan in place and you work towards it, everything will fall in place in time.
While we are preparing every failure is criticized and it seems like suddenly everyone has an opinion to share. We get to hear a lot of demotivating and demeaning comments from people around us. However, always remember that when you succeed you will be able to shut them up. I used to hear such comments that I was about to quit however the above quote inspired me to continue working in the right direction and it finally paid-off.
I would like to thank my parents as they were the one who had never lost hope in me and kept me immune to any negative energy. Bankersadda website and Adda247 application were a great help in my preparation especially the daily GK updates, quizzes and monthly capsules helped me overcome my weakness in general awareness section. Even the test series was a great help in practicing and assessing my preparation.
Most of the times, I hear people complaining that they were unable to clear the English section and I have personally seen many deserving candidates fail due to the same. What I used to do is read as much english as I could be it from newspapers, magazines, novels or even watching english movies. All these will help to enhance your vocabulary and make you familiar with the use of words in various situations. I would also suggest to practice 1 essay everyday as it will help you with your descriptive paper as well as with your grammar. I got 27 in English in PT, 32 in Mains and 18 in descriptive so trust me it’s not as tough as we make it seem. Hope this will help.
All the Best to all the aspiring candidates. SBI PO notification is out, give it your best shot.

Thanks Vivek for sharing your Success Story with us. Adda247 wishes you a good luck for your bright future ahead.
