RBI Assistant Recruitment 2019: Major Changes

RBI is known for throwing challenges in it’s recruitment process. RBI Assistant Exam Pattern almost lies in the same line as other banking examination. Let’s see what RBI has planned for RBI Assistant Recruitment 2019.

1) RBI Assistant Exam Pattern

Earlier in RBI Assistant Recruitment, the prelims exam had a composite time of 1 hour. This year RBI has introduced sectional timing in RBI Assistant Prelims Exam. In the previous attempt, RBI introduced sectional timing for RBI Assisant Mains Exam. Also, prior to 2017, composite time of 120 minutes (2 hours) was framed for RBI Assistant Mains Exam. Since 2017, RBI has not only introduced sectional timing for the RBI Assistant Mains Exam but has also increased the time from 120 minutes to 135 minutes.

RBI in its official notification has released a total of 926 vacancies. The vacancies for RBI Assistant 2019 is far more in comparison to the last RBI Assistant Recruitment. RBI conducted RBI Assistant Exam in 2017 prior to 2019 with a total vacancy of 623. It is going to be a big opportunity for candidates who want to start their career with the RBI.
