QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE ( Easy – Moderate)

This section consisted of 40 questions. The level of Quantitative Aptitude was Easy – Moderate and there was 1 set of Data Interpretation Question. Following was the types of DI:

HINDI LANGUAGE (Moderate)
This section had 20 questions for 20 marks. The level of Hindi Language section was Moderate. There was one set of Reading Comprehension (गद्यांश)  consisting of 5 questions. The theme of RC was प्रार्थना का स्कूल में महत्व.

The General Awareness section was of Moderate level. Total 60 Questions were asked. Out of 60,  Around 10 questions were based on Uttarakhand General Knowledge. Current Affairs of last 3-4 months dominated. Some of the questions asked:

  • Number of districts in Uttarakhand.
  • National Park (Jim Corbett)
  • Vasudhara Falls
  • Questions related to districts in Kumaon
  • Question related to sportswoman (Ankita Raina)

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE (Easy)
The level of this section was easy. Total 20 Questions were asked.  Most of the questions revolved around computer basics. Some of the topics/questions are as follows:

  • Instruction Cycle
  • MAC Address
  • MS Word
  • Definition of Protocol
