It is the dream of many students to work in the banking sector. Every year lakhs of candidates appear in the examination and apply for recruitment. There are various vacancies of Clerk, PO, SO are released for recruitment every year. This year as well, the vacancies will be released for the recruitment of Clerk, PO, SO through IBPS, SBI, RBI, etc. As the competition is increasing rapidly, so all the students who are preparing for the banking examination are advised to prepare well right away. The IBPS exams are scheduled to be held from August- September 2021, and for the SBI, till no notification is released, but it is expected that the notification will be released soon. So, without wasting the time, start preparing for the examinations. Today in this article we are going to provide you some useful preparation strategies which are helpful for the candidates to crack the exams in the first attempt who are going to appear in the examination. The recruitment is done based on prelims, mains, and interview round. The interview round is held only for PO and SO. All those students who will qualify for the prelims examination will be eligible for the mains examination, and those students who will qualify for the mains examination will be called for the interview round.
But before jumping on to the preparation strategy, let us have a look, at the exam pattern of the various posts, which are released every year for recruitment.

Useful strategies to crack banking examination in the first attempt:
As the syllabus for SBI IBPS Clerk, PO and SO are almost similar, the subjects and topics are common, so we are providing you some preparation tips in the below article which will help you up in your preparation.
- Know the Syllabus: To start up your preparation for SBI PO 2021, the first step is to go through the detailed syllabus, by this, you will get familiar with the syllabus, and you will be able to make your study plan more effective.
- Study Plan: Once, you check the detailed syllabus, make your timetable and study plan, and start following the same. Divide your time equally for every subject.
- Concepts: Start with clearing the concepts and basics to solve the maximum number of questions.
- Reasoning Strategy: For Reasoning, start your preparation from the topics which are easier, following with the harder one. At Least try to solve 4-5 puzzles daily in the starting, as puzzles will be asked in the prelims as well as the mains examination. So try to increase the level simultaneously.
- Quantitative Strategy: Same with the Quantitative Aptitude section, start preparing with the simplification, number series, percentage, approximation, etc, the easier topics, followed by the difficult one, and DI will be asked in the mains and prelims both so daily practice the DI sets at least 5 -6 by increasing the level.
- English Language: Make a habit of reading a newspaper, at least try to read 2 editorials daily, and note down the new words you come across, at the same time note down the new and difficult words, this will help you in revising the same before the examination.
