Unlock 3.0 Guidelines:- Unlock 2 is coming to an end on July 31, As the process of unlocking is going hand-in-hand with mini lockdowns in several states, along with the rising number of COVID-19 cases. several reports say that the Ministry of Home Affairs is preparing guidelines for Unlock 3.0 Guidelines. While a few more restrictions will continue in August also and some of the restrictions will probably be relaxed from 1st August in Unlock 3.0 Guidelines.  We are discussing Unlock 3.0 Guidelines in this article and will schools, malls, cinema halls, and International flights open?

Now a big question arose in people’s mind that will the Schools, Malls, cinema halls and International flights open or these will be closed after 31 july. Reports say that The Multiplex Association of India (MAI) is undoubted that cinema halls will be allowed to reopen for the public in the next phase of unlock. Earlier the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has proposed the reopening of cinema halls to the Ministry of Home Affairs. But the main issue in opening the cinema halls is air-conditioning inside theater contributing to the circulation of infected air if even one person is corona positive. Although, the Ministry has suggested reopening theatres with 25 percent seating initially and following all the social distancing protocols.
Reports said that Metro trains and schools are likely to remain closed in Unlock 3.0. However, the trickiest part is to reopen the educational institutes. According to the latest UGC guideline, the universities will have to complete their final year examinations by September. While some exams will be held online, some exams might be held offline for which the Centre will extend its permission. But there are no plans to resume regular classes in schools in August.

International flights have started flying in a limited realization through air space. Air India and other Indian private airlines will announce their international flight schedules. But all these flying will happen between countries that have entered into a protocol.
According to reports, the Centre has plans to allow gymnasiums only on the condition that the onus of safety will be on the authorities and the public using it will be responsible
However, there is no formal word from the government on the reopening of schools, malls, cinema halls, and International flights.
