#Admit card/Call letter to appear in the exam: Do not forget to bring your LIC Assistant admit card or called letter that you must have downloaded from the official Website of LIC. This admit card is the proof that you have been called for the second phase of the LIC Assistant Mains exam.

#Valid ID proofs: Carry a valid and original identity card for the identification purpose. This card will ensure the confidential data, and to verify that the student who have applied for the exam is the one who is actually going to appear for it. There should be no miss match in the name, DOB and other useful information mentioned on the identity card and admit card. Types of ID proofs you can carry with you are: Aadhar card, Voter ID card, PAN card, driving license and passport.

Note: All your details must match with the details filled in the application form for which you have applied. Any discrepancy in that would not be accepted by the organizing body.

#Photocopy of the ID proof: Do not forget to bring a recent passport size photograph to be affixed in the admit card for verification. Examiner may cross check the photo with one that you have uploaded at the time of filling up the form.

#Scribe declaration form: Those who have claimed the the facility must submit a scribe declaration form on the same day of the exam issues by the organizing body only. The cost of the form is solely to be bear by the candidate only.
