The examination pattern of the all shifts of IBPS PO Prelims held on 12th October consisted of traditional pattern and topics i.e no changes were introduced in IBPS as in SBI. No new pattern has been introduced in IBPS PO Prelims 2019. Most of the students found the exam easy to moderate as compared to last year.
Quantitative Aptitude was almost identical in all the four shifts. Data interpretation was asked in all the shifts was based on caselet, Tabular, Line DI, Bar graph DI. The only difference was in the number of DI’s asked in different shifts.Other topics which dominated were Quadratic Equation, missing Number Series, Simplification &Approximation. Around 10-14 questions were asked from Arithmetic Word Problems in all the shifts.
Talking about Reasoning Ability Section, it can be observed from the today’s IBPS PO prelims exam analysis the examination level was easy. There were 3-4 question on Puzzles & Seating arrangement in the exam. Most of the questions in the Reasoning Ability section revolved around miscellaneous topics like inequality, Syllogism, Alphanumeric series, Blood relation, Coding and decoding etc. Most of the candidates have attempted 28-33 questions in this section.

Moving forward to English Language Section, it can be conjectured from today’s exam that level of the exam would be easy for the upcoming shifts as well. No new pattern question were asked today. The whole part revolved around the silngle fillers, Reading Comprehension, Error detection, word replacement, Cloze test etc.
