Success Story of Shubham Gupta

My journey for Banking as a career started in 2019, right after I failed to clear UPSC prelims for the third straight time. I had 45-50 days for the IBPS PO exam for 2019. I joined coaching in my city and availed Adda’s paid courses and Current Affairs for my preparation. I would put in 10-11 hours daily, as I knew I had less than 2 months for it. I cleared my prelims and then mains with flying colors. I scored 20 marks over the mains cut off but then, I missed even be on the reserve list cut off because I was 0.2 marks short. I had to wait another year and this time I made sure I paid equal attention to my interview this time. I got a 112 in mains this year and around 65 in Interview. It’s not just about what questions they’ll ask in the interview, it is way more than that. An interview is as important as a mains exam. I cleared IBPS PO with a total of 53 marks and got an allotment in Canara Bank.
