Success Story of Shubham Gaidhani Selected in IBPS SO and IBPS Clerk 2019

Hello Everyone,

My Name is Shubham Gaidhani, I am from Nagpur. My journey started in 2015 when I was Campus placed in a reputed IT company. Everyone was happy, but I was not at all interested in this offer but had no other option. I joined the company in 2015 and decided to prepare for Govt Exams (UPSC) in parallel. 

I was unable to clear the prelims exam for 2 years and then I decided to prepare for banking exams from 2018. Initially, it was very tough but with time things were getting easier.

I downloaded Adda 247 App and started giving quizzes daily, this helped me to study even in office break times and free time for topics like Computer, GK, English. After office hours I study QA and Reasoning.

I have given the following exams :

1. Canara Bank PGDBF 2018 Jan/Feb –> Not cleared

2. SBI PO 2018 –> Not cleared prelims

3. SBI clerk –> Cleared prelims but missed mains

Then came NIACL recruitment for assistants and I cleared prelims, mains, LPT, and got posting in Head office Mumbai. This was a turning point for me but I was unable to join due to personal reasons. I was completely demoralized, but my parents and my sister supported me a lot.

I purchased a study material and video course from the Adda247 store and started my preparation again, meanwhile, LIC AAO 2019 and SBI PO 2019 recruitment came and I applied for both. Unfortunately, I was unable to clear LIC AAO prelims but cleared SBI PO 2019 prelims and mains but unable to clear the final cut off.

I applied for IBPS PO and also applied for IBPS Clerk and IBPS SO as a backup because of SBI result and finally, I cleared IBPS clerk, got Bank of India, missed PO by 1 mark, and surprisingly cleared IBPS SO, got Bank of India which I was not expecting.
