Hello Everyone,

I am Priyanka, I am selected in BANK OF INDIA through IBPS Clerk recruitment. I have done all my schooling and graduation from my hometown. I completed my graduation last 2017 then I decided to go for government exam preparation. I moved to Ranchi for coaching. I started my class for SSC and banking(combine)and after some months in 2018, I appeared in my first exam that was SBI Clerk, I missed by 1.5 then I realized bank is something I should go for but I completed my 1-year course then from my home I continued my preparation in between that I knew about Adda247 App and it helped me a lot. I practiced Adda247 quizzes on daily basis. I appeared in more exams in 2018.
RRB clerk – failed
IBPS clerk – failed
I started finding out the reason then i realized mock test is so important, not only giving the test is important in the fact you have to analyze that effectively. I did that and felt more confident again with some more efforts I appeared in exams in 2019
SBI Clerk again missed by 1.25
SBI PO failed

It was disheartening for me. I failed only because of anxiety and stress.
RRB PO pre-cleared but mains failed (my marks were so less in GA).
Lic Assistant – pre-cleared but not mains only because of GA
then i realized i have to prepare general awareness efficiently. I started making notes of daily currents affairs I followed the Adda247 app…
then I appeared in IBPS clerk-pre cleared with good numbers 84 – mains-I attempted a good number of questions – 119 and my score was 102 finally in 2020 something good has happened. I Cleared the IBPS Clerk 2019 exam.

Section- Wise Strategy:-

Quants:- From my point of view, concept clarity is something that matters a lot. no matter how many questions you are practicing you have to find the right approach to solving every question.

For Reasoning:-keep practicing, the more you practice the more you gain. practice puzzles daily. as you are doing good in puzzles your chances of selection will be higher.

General Awareness:-Start writing currents affairs from day one, Revise that weekly monthly. you can make notes from the Adda247 app. last 4 months current affairs before your exam is most important you can’t skip. any news for the previous 2 months you can go through the important news…
This is what I followed during my preparation.
