Success Story of Priya V Selected as an Associate in State Bank of India

Hello Everyone,

I am Priya V, currently working as an Associate in State Bank of India. I did my B.Tech and worked in an MNC for one year. I always had a liking towards banking and especially SBI. When I felt unhappy working in IT,I thought I should follow what I like. I had a fear like everyone whether I will get my dream job if I quit this job, but I got strong support from my family and friends which gave me the motivation to prepare for Bank exams. When it comes to competitive exams one needs to be highly self-motivated and should believe that you will achieve what you want. I was not soo good at current affairs and general knowledge etc.

When I started my preparation I relied heavily on the internet and apps which got me to Bankersadda. There are lots of materials available, but I suggest you rely on one or two sincerely. Bankersadda provides you with updated content each day. This is a great platform for all aspirants I should say. Whenever I get time I started doing the quiz. Since all quizzes are for just 10 to 15mins I felt very comfortable with my preparation. They give you proper solutions, mock tests everything. My most fav is the capsules for current affairs and banking awareness. I took printouts of those and started reading. It gave me great confidence.

In the end, what matters is practice. Practice as much as you can. When you get bored with one subject switch to another subject. The practice is the key. Then analyze your strong and weak points. What is more important is to find out where you are going wrong. Do lots and lots of
