Hello Aspirants,

I am Diksha Jha from Madhubani (Bihar) and I have got selected as Probationary Officer in Union Bank Of India, Thanks to Hanuman Ji, my family, and mentors. So now here I’m with my struggle cum success story.

After completing my B.Sc (mathematics) in October 2017 I started preparing for M.Sc entrance examination and after my MSc 1st semester exam in May 2019 I started my full-fledged preparation for banking exams, my first exam was SBI clerk 2018, fortunately, I sailed through the pre but failed in mains by 4.73 marks due to ill-prepared GA, (I couldn’t appear for SBI PO as I wasn’t eligible because of my age). My next exam was RRB PO & RRB CLERK, qualified for mains in both the exams, failed in RRB PO mains by 0.25 in reasoning section, failed RRB clerk mains by 1.47 marks, after that qualified for IBPS CLERK mains (couldn’t appear for IBPS PO 2018 due to severe health issues) fortunately cleared Ibps clerk 2018 and Got Andhra Bank.

In 2019, I appeared for IBPS PO & RBI assistant (cleared pre, waiting for Mains), cleared IBPS PO 2019, and got allotment in Union Bank Of India.

My Section-wise Strategy:-

Quantitative Aptitude:- For Quant, just clear your basics (watch Sumit sir’s videos) then start practicing, focus on miscellaneous topics because you can find DI based on these topics in mains, start solving simplifications, quadratic equations, number series on daily basis. I also practiced Ace Quant books by Adda247.

Reasoning Ability:- For reasoning, watch Radey sir’s videos and practice as much as you can. I practiced from Ace reasoning book by Adda247.

English Language:- Develop reading habits for the English section, read newspapers daily, and attempt Quizzes.

General Awareness:- For GA I must recommend you please watch Ashish Gautam sir’s daily and weekly GA videos, it does the miracle. For monthly revision read The Hindu Monthly Reviews 3-4 times.

If you trust yourself, you are halfway there.
