Success Story of Devender Banoth Selected as Clerk in UCO Bank |

Hello Everyone,

I am Devender Banoth, from a small village in Telangana state, Jangaon district, AB THANDA Tribal village. My journey started in 2014 when I completed my graduation with sets of goals and responsibility towards getting placed in public sector banks. With all the determination and perseverance set my self huge goals. Passing by every obstacle was each step towards my better future. In the same way I tested my luck in the 2016 clerical examination and missed that by mere 0.25% but I wouldn’t give up and came back strong the next year clearing all the count around 20 prelims but was stuck in mains. I had to face many issues backing me from my dream at the end. It’s me myself who woke up every morning with a stronger mindset and pulled me forward. It was almost done when I was selected in reserve list IBPS RRB PO by 0.01% but something else awaited me. The very next year 2018 I successfully cleared IBPS PO with great hope but have to struggle the other year because I didn’t clear the interview but that was greater learning from me.

These years of struggle and set back have taught me life’s greatest lessons. This knowledge determination and perseverance helped me clear” IBPS CLERK – IX “mains in 2019-20 and was finally got placed in UCO BANK. It is a dream come true for me and my parents to get a job at UCO BANK. It was only possible through my farmer parents struggle who worked day and night to support me in every step.
I also feel thankful to Bankersadda which I consistently followed and it has helped to achieve greater things.
