Hello Everyone,

I am Archit Kumar Ojha I want to say to aspirants that if I can achieve it then everybody in the race can as well, it is right there in our within. I completed my Graduation (B.Tech in Mech. Engineering) in the year 2016 and got placed in a consultant firm called Uvimac but later on decided not to join it as the response received from the 1st Batch which joined it was very disappointing.

Thereafter I decided to get myself into the preparations of Banking & Insurance Exams as Banking Organizations as a career always seemed like a wiser choice to me. I enrolled myself in local coaching in December 2016, near to my house just to get the gist of the syllabus and strategy as I always knew that major part has to be done from ourselves only. The first paper I attempted was of RRB Clerical Pre, without any preparation just to judge myself and was not able to crack it, then took IDBI Executive 2017 but could not make it into this as well. Then I decided to prepare wisely with a self-study using the online study platform like yours and the first pre which I cleared was SBI PO 2017 but was out in the mains. Similarly, I took all the exams of the Banking & Insurance Sector of the year 2017 and cleared all the prelims but could not make it into mains.

Meanwhile, my father who was working in a private sector in Dainik Jagran suffered from retrenchment in his job which created an immense financial burden on me and my family which further let me join a Private Sector Job (Non-Tech) in a Manpower Solution Company in Gurugram, with a thought in my mind that I would keep my preparations on with this job and keep on taking exams. Although not the same happened as I thought the only thing I did in the tenure was I kept on taking exams just to keep that ignition of getting the selection enlightened into my heart but unfortunately, I could not succeed in that period and finally decided to resign from the previous Job and came back to Lucknow on 1st July 2019, having a decent amount accumulated for the survival of me and my family and with an optimistic view to get my dream fulfilled.

This time I devised a proper strategy and took learning from my failures and consistently worked on my loopholes. Initially, I began studying at home but could not get that momentum which was needed then a friend of mine suggested me about joining a Library, which proved to be the Game Changer for me and I engrossed myself completely into it as I have an assigned Job to do continuously and rigorously with very minimal or no breaks for at least 5 months. The initial failures this time were SBI PO and SBI Junior Associate 2019 in which again I could not make it into mains and after that, I cracked every exam in which I appeared and the momentum shifted from a pessimistic turning me into a fully optimistic me from 1st of January 2020 when I got selected as a Clerk into Baroda UP Grameen Bank.

Thereafter I did not look back and my list of selections is as follows:

RRB Clerk (Baroda UP)
LIC HFL (Assistant)
LIC (Assistant)
EPFO (Social Security Assistant)
IBPS CLERK (PNB)
IBPS PO ( CANARA BANK)

However, currently, I am working as an Assistant in Life Insurance Corporation of India and last but not the least, the most awaited result of IBPS PO came on 20th May 2020, for which I was very eager and now it is like a dream come true and in the coming future, I will be joining as a Probationary Officer in Canara Bank.
