My name is Aman Kumar. I was selected as SBI PO in the year 2019. I belong to Bhagalpur, Bihar. This was my 2nd attempt. I started my preparations in 2017 and from the first day itself I followed Adda247. I have done my Graduation in BBA from Calcutta University. The best thing on Adda247 for a beginner is the daily Quizzes. Before I tell you how to prepare, let me tell you one thing Analyze your strong section and then give more time to brush up that section because it’s better to give more time on the strongest section than on your weakest section. Go through the previous years’ papers, it will help you to understand the pattern and difficulty level of the exam.

Let me share how I used to study every section:

Reasoning Section:– This is one of the easiest sections because you don’t have 100 topics. As we all know the main part is puzzles. For puzzles, I used to practice from Adda247. Other than that you can Practice mock tests. For prelims, there are only a few topics such as syllogism inequality, etc other than puzzles. For Prelims, the Adda247 site is the best.

Practice with,

Quant Section:- For prelims go through Number series, Simplification, and Quadratic equation..this can easily give you a minimum 10 marks in the prelims exam. For mains, you should brush up your basics.

For English Section:- one basic thing Read an English newspaper daily. The best thing you can do. It will help you in the descriptive part also.

For General Awareness Section:- Follow Adda247 daily Current Affairs and PDF for static and current Gk. This is the most scoring section. It can help you to clear the exam.
