Hello Friends,

I am Kamala Vyshnavi Kandala, I am from Amalapuram, a town in East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. I completed my graduation in 2017. By that time I was having a job offer in a software company. I wasn’t interested in joining there. So I was thinking what’s my next step. At this time my elder sister got her selection in IBPS CRP CLERK-VI in PNB. I used to observe her during her preparation, the way she studied, she made notes, practiced, and all. She used to take my help for memorizing facts and current affairs. She introduced me to Adda247.

My sister told me to join an institute for coaching so that I can get clarity on what I can do. I joined an institute in my town and took coaching for 6months. I got all the details, basics, and pattern of the exam. Once I was done with it, I started preparing at home. Now the only way is practice.

I started giving exams one after the other. I gave bank clerk, PO, PGDBF exams, Insurance, and institutional exams like RBI, FCI, NABARD, EPFO, UIIC, OICL, NIACL Exams. I used to lose the exams in some marks and each time I lost them I used to check my performance, the drawbacks of my preparation.

Initially, I was less concentrated on giving online exams. As I kept on losing exams I started giving online exams frequently. I used to analyze the exam once I completed it and used to rewrite the exam and I improved the speed. As far as the subjects are concerned, Sumit sir was awesome with his tricks and tips to clear Quant. For Quant, I followed only him.

For reasoning Akanksha mam and Radhey sir. They helped me a lot. Anchal mam, Nimisha Bansal mam helped in clearing English with their updated tricks. For GA, it was all Ashish Gautam sir. I am indebted to all these faculty members and to the Adda247 platform for introducing such wonderful faculties. I am also thankful to those who work at the backend of this platform.

Finally, in 2020 I cleared IBPS CRP PO/MT-IX and was selected in PNB. In this journey, I was persistent enough to clear my exam at any cost. So when I was monotonous I used to watch good message-oriented films(for motivation) and English movies(you can get a new vocab there). I was away from all social media and only used them once in a blue moon. They can kill time fastly than any others. I kept talking to my family members when down, which energized me during tough times. In this span of 3 years, I’ve given 35-40 exams. I left no stone unturned.

All I can say is “At first people ask you why are you doing this, later they ask you how did you make it”. Keep the determination at a good consistency and keep moving forward. Things do fall at your place. All you need is to give some time.
