Sir/Madam,
I am Mohit Dasila, a regular user of wonderful app and website. It is my pleasure and delight to thank you for the wonderful study and preparation materials that you provide to students like us. I am using your content to study for various banking exams I gave this year. With your guidance and a comprehensively arranged study materials, I am able to crack a few big exams of this year. I am really grateful to you.
Daily tests provided by you on the app really helped me in building my accuracy and speed. I know everyone has a different style of learning and approach towards the exam. So I hope my approach does come handy to a few people.
(1) Get familiar with the exam-
I started my preparation by going through the pattern and syllabus of Banking exams, like what are the topics that come in the exam, and what is the level of questions. This helps in understanding and planning how to plan your preparation.
(2) Strengthen the basics-
The next thing I did is learning the basic concepts of every topic (Quant, English and Banking Awareness). You should know these, as these will be the base of your preparation, and you will build upon this knowledge as you move up in level.
(3) Discipline-
I can’t tell exactly how much time you should give daily for studies, because I didn’t follow any such rule. The only rule I had is to give as much time as possible. And make sure you are using that time properly, with full dedication and discipline.
(4) Practice and revise-
This is the most important part of preparation. Do a lot of practice, solve quiz daily, as much you can. Keep practicing, this will result into accuracy and with time your speed will increase too. Do revision of the things you are learning every week. GA, English and Banking Awareness are topics which are scoring and with daily practice and weekly revision, you can score well in these.
(5) Relax and Unwind-
With all the exams becoming more competitive each time, we all get stressed up while preparation. It is necessary for all to take out some time for relaxation and feel free. Take a day off from your preparation in every 2-3 week, and just chill. Do all the things you like to do. Enjoy the company of your family and friends. Let your mind and body to loosen up. Listen to your favorite songs, watch movies, go play outside. This will refresh your mood. And get back to study next day with new vigor and commitment.
This is how I did my preparation. And this surely helped me in cracking few exams. Such as,
SBI PO 2018 – Final Selection
IBPS RRB PO 2018 – Interview on 17th November
NIACL Assistant – LPT on 24th November
IBPS PO 2018 – Mains on 18th November
RBI grade B – Mains not cleared
NABARD officer – Mains not cleared.
Since I have already got the selection in one of my chosen bank, SBI, I am not going for further exams. I hope you all succeed in your exams and make yourself, your teachers, your family, and friends proud.
Do keep in mind ” कर्म प्रधान विश्व रचि राखा । जो जस करहि सो तस फल चाखा ॥” .
Good Luck to all of you preparing for an amazing future.
