Name- Aditi
Bank- Andhra Bank Clerk
Success never comes easy, neither did mine.I graduated from a prestigious college of Delhi and wished to follow my heart of pursuing masters, however, I couldn’t clear the written exam and was shattered. Disheartened and disappointed with life and luck one the closest person in my life suggested me to go for the banking sector. This being a career shift I was very hesitant initially, but later I realized this is the sector for me.
Today, when I look back and analyze all the failures that I had to go through, all the embarrassments in front of family and friends when they asked me what I was doing with my career. Many of my friends left me behind and moved ahead in life with their new job and engagements, however, very few stuck around both concerned and at the same time encouraging.I am not providing a list of exams that I appeared for as it might run very long, rather just give a piece of advice to all those who are struggling hard to get a job in the banking sector- There is no such thing as strategy. Plan your study according to your strength and weakness and trust me nobody can help you in analyzing that. Also, keep faith in yourself, failure doesn’t mean that you are not fit for a particular job,it simply means that your time has not come yet. the day it finally comes nobody will be able to stop you.
Lastly, I want to extend my heartiest gratitude to my parent and siblings for their unwavering faith in me and my closest friend and guide who had more belief in success than I myself.
