South Indian Bank has conducted its online examination for the post of Probationary Officers today, and the exam is over now. This Computer Based Test was conducted by South Indian Bank to select candidates for the Probationary Officers posts, who will be further appointed as PO in the Bank. South Indian Bank PO 2019 Analysis: Overall
The Online Examination constituted of an objective test which had four sections namely English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and General Awareness and there were 40 questions for 50 marks in Reasoning, 40 questions for 50 marks in Data Analysis and Interpretation and 40 questions for 50 marks in the English Language and 40 questions for 50 marks in General Awareness section. The objective test had 140 minutes in each section.

Reasoning & Computer Aptitude (Moderate)
The Reasoning & Computer Aptitude consisted of traditional topics like Inequality, Syllogism etc.. No question was asked from Computer Aptitude. There were 3 sets of puzzles and Seating Arrangement which are given below:-
- Floor based Puzzle
- Circular Seating Arrangement (8 people, all were facing centre, the Education of respective people was given)
- Linear Seating Arrangement (8 people, the Qualification of respective people was given)

English Language (Moderate)
The level of this section was moderate in comparison with the rest of the examination. There were 2 set of reading comprehensions and they also included around 2 vocabulary based questions of synonyms and antonyms. The theme of one of the Reading Comprehensions was “Artificial Intelligence”.

General Awareness (Easy-Moderate)
The General Awareness section was of easy to moderate level.Most of the questions in this section were covering the current affairs and news of last 4-5 months. No questions were asked from static awareness, budget 2019 & Union Cabinet Ministry. One question was asked from ICC Cricket World cup 2019 i.e. Indian bowler who took hat trick i.e. Mohammad Shami.
