The salary for the post of Executive Trainee at SJVN Recruitment 2025 is offered under the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scale, which ranges from ₹50000 to ₹160000 with a 3% annual increment. This means the starting basic pay is ₹50000 per month, and it increases by 3% every year. With continued service, performance, and promotions, the basic pay can gradually rise up to ₹160000.

In addition to the basic pay, Executive Trainees will receive several allowances and financial perks as per SJVN rules. These include:

• 35% of Basic Pay as allowances under the cafeteria system
