  • Mains is the second stage which includes an objective test and a descriptive test.
  • The descriptive test is held right after the objective test.
  • The descriptive test has 170 questions from the sections of English Language, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness for 200 marks.
  • The time specified for the SBI PO Mains Objective Test is 180 Minutes(3 Hours).
  • There is a negative marking for the SBI PO Mains Objective Test and each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
  • The SBI PO Mains Descriptive Test 2025 includes Communication Skills: Emails, Reports, Situation Analysis & Precis Writing) for 50 maximum marks which the candidates have to solve in 30 minutes.
