SBI PO Prelims Exam Analysis 2018:
SBI PO is the most sought-after job in the banking industry. Several aspirants are burning candles at both ends to get a seat for themselves in this prestigious bank. Today was the first day of the first phase of this exam, i.e., prelims. Many students appeared for this exam and the competition will be very tough this time. Therefore, it is necessary that one gets aware about the type of questions being asked in the exam so that you get an idea about how to plan your strategy to attempt the questions in the exam and manage your time accordingly.
SBI introduced the sectional timing of 20 minutes for the first time this year, and as this is the SBI Probationary Officer Recruitment Prelims Examination, its important for all banking aspirants to go through the review once. Exam analysis and review can help the aspirants who are yet to appear in upcoming shifts of SBI PO Prelims to get an idea of the difficulty level and expected pattern of questions in Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and English Language sections. The examination held in this shift was of Moderate to Lengthy level. The order of occurence of sections was English, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude

Quantitative Aptitude (Moderate)
The level of Quantitative Aptitude section was moderate. One can easily attempt questions if they have practiced well. Questions based on Pie Chart+Tabular, Tabular DI were there is this slot.

It is important that candidates choose wisely what to attempt and what to skip. Reading Comprehension was based on an article Economy Based related to Tax Rate of Different Countries.

The level of reasoning was Moderate to Lengthy. Puzzles were time-consuming but apart from puzzles, there were other questions in which students could score.
