SBI PO Group Exercise & Personal Interview Experience 2017 – 25

SBI PO is the most sought after recruitment process by banking aspirants. Group Exercise and Personal Interview is the final round (Phase-III) in SBI PO 2017 Recruitment. Last year SBI introduced a prioritisation based group exercise which is also being conducted this year in the Group Discussion Round. My Interview took place in Jaipur, Rajasthan. After reaching the venue they conducted document verification which was followed by the start of Group Discussion. there were 9 members in our group, one was absent.

GD topic:- Do you think govt. should focus more on agriculture sector than manufacturing sector…

all went smoothly and easily reached a conclusion…

points:-

1) more land under irrigation

2) enhance productivity through new technology

3) more food storage

4) more input subsidies for agriculture

5) corporatization of agriculture

6) penalty on food wastage

7) heavy duty on import food items

8) restriction on export of food items

this was also good…all gave same first 3 priorities…

After GD we all seated in a room near interview hall…

as I was 9 no. in the group, so after a long wait I was called…

I entered in interview room wid a permission and then wish them…..
