Hello Everyone,

My name is Diksha Waghmare. I started my preparation of banking exams around July 2017. I was always good in studies throughout my academics. So I thought I will crack banking exam within a year. So, I jumped into the pool of competition without even knowing its depth. In the beginning I started studying very casually as I was pretty confident with my selection but when I couldn’t even qualify the preliminary exams, I got disappointed and then started preparing seriously. I made one thing very clear in my mind that I want to become PO and not Assistant or Clerk, so I stopped filling clerical exam forms. I think this was the greatest booster for me which was continuously pushing me to work hard, then I started studying on regular basis. I belong to a lower middle class family so couldn’t afford costly study material. I studied from free Youtube videos and Adda247 app.

I focused more on accuracy rather than attempts. I think to crack SBI PO exam, one needs to work on English section more as it will help you clear the sectional cut off, fetch more marks in descriptive as well as interview. I am very glad to tell you guys that I got 30/30 in my interview phase. So the portion of English subject is high in banking examination. Also current affair is game changer one should focus on it seriously, ADDA247 provides very good content of current affairs and for Reasoning and Maths concentrate more on accuracy. I hope this may be helpful to you too. At last in my opinion hard work coupled with smart work, patience and confidence will take help you to achieve anything you desire for.
