Strategy To Crack SBI Apprentice Exam 2019

SBI has released the notification for the recruitment of apprentices in Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. SBI released the Apprentice Recruitment program under the Skill India Mission to train youth in the banking operations. Candidates or fresher who wants to enter or take training for banking sector can apply. This is a good chance for graduate students as this internship recruitment will provide them the exposure and platform to enter into banking industry. This year SBI trained 700+ youths in Haryana, Punjab, and Himanchal. The seats were the district-wise distributed in which Haryana has a (150), Punjab(400) and Himachal Pradesh(150). The apprentices are eligible for stipend of 70% of semi-skilled labor wages as applicable in the respective states as per the Apprentices Act or Rs.8000 per month whichever is higher.

SBI Apprentice examination pattern:

SBI Apprentice is a single online examination that includes 100 questions. The pattern for the exam is 100 questions of 100 marks and there is sectional timing of 20 minutes in each section. The pattern of the exam is similar to the bank exam. Also, there is no interview for this exam. A candidate is provisionally allotted after clearing the examination.

As the exam pattern is similar to the mains exam of IBPS PO /Clerk, SBI PO/Clerk examination. Preparation Strategy for SBI Apprentice Exam 2019:

1. Go through the syllabus and pattern: When you are going to plan a strategy or even thinking about attempting banking examinations, the first and foremost thing you can do is understanding the syllabus and pattern of the bank exam. 2. Practice mocks and previous year’s paper: Practice is the key to success especially when the duration of exam is less. Solve as many mock test as possible. SBI taking apprentice exam first time so solve the previous papers of IBPS, SBI Clerk papers. Go through all the previous years paper and solve them religiously. Focus on your weak as well as strong areas.

3. Try to learn the Current affairs of 4-5 months, static awareness, and computer concepts for all-round preparation. Read a newspaper and general economics-related information as they are helpful in mains.

4. Assign study hours:
Assign the study hours to the different subjects that will be asked in the examination equally. Remember not to prioritize a single subject in your study schedule, thereby giving the cold shoulder to other equivalently grave subjects. So, even if you are a dab hand at Quant, practice it daily like any other subject you are not so good at.

5. Be wise and revise:
