RRB NTPC 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who are willing to apply must comply with the conditions set by the Railway Recruitment Board. The RRB NTPC 2024 Eligibility Criteria are in terms of Educational Qualification & Age Limit. The cut-off date to satisfy the eligibility criteria is 01 January 2024.
Educational Qualification
The vacancies are divided into two categories so the educational qualifications required for both categories are also different.
- Graduate Candidates (Advertisement No.: CEN 05/2024): Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Undergraduate Candidates (Advertisement No.: CEN 06/2024): Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board.
Age Limit
The candidates must fall under the age limit set by the RRB. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories. The age limit for the candidates is tabulated below:

RRB NTPC 2024 Application Fees
The RRB NTPC online application fee is Rs. 500 for General and OBC categories. However, candidates will get Rs. 400 back after deducting bank charges if they appear for the 1st Stage CBT. For SC/ST/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen/Transgender/Minorities/Economically Backward candidates, the fee is Rs. 250. This amount will also be refunded, minus any applicable bank charges, once they appear for the 1st Stage CBT.
