RBI JE Salary Structure

The RBI JE Salary Structure 2023 is discussed here. The basic pay for candidates is  ₹20,700/ which increases to approx Rs 33,900/- per month. The details on salary structure along with increments and allowances is given below.

The selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹33,900/- per month, which includes nine advance increments applicable to Junior Engineers. This basic pay is in the scale of ₹20,700 – 1200 (3) – 24300 – 1440 (4) – 30060 – 1920 (6) – 41580 – 2080 (2) – 45740 – 2370 (3) – 52850 – 2850 – 55700. Additionally, they will be eligible for other allowances as per the rules. Currently, the initial monthly gross emoluments for Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical) is approximately ₹71,032/-.

RBI Salary 2023: Perks & Allowances

The candidates who will be selected will get allowances in addition to RBI JE Salary mentioned above. The detailed list of allowances is given below.

• House Rent Allowance of 15% of Pay
• Dearness allowance- Dearness allowance is given by the government to its employees to offset the impact of inflation. As per the 7th pay commission, DA is 43% of the basic salary.
• Grade allowance- A grade allowance of Rs. 11,500 will be given to RBI JE.
• Conveyance allowance- This allowance is paid on the basis of the declaration filed in this regard
• Education allowance

7. Reimbursement of medical expenses: Eligible employees can avail reimbursement for OPD treatment and hospitalization expenses.
8. Interest-free Festival Advance: Employees may receive an interest-free advance for festivals.

10. Housing Loan and Personal Advance: Regular employees with a minimum service period are eligible for housing loan and personal advance at a concessional rate of interest.
11. Defined Contribution New Pension Scheme: Employees are covered under the Defined Contribution New Pension Scheme.
