RBI Grade B 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the RBI Grade B 2024 Examination,  applicants must ensure that they fulfill all the required eligibility criteria set by the RBI in terms of nationality, educational qualification, and age limit.

RBI Grade B Educational Qualification

For each of the posts announced under the RBI Grade B Notification 2024, candidates have to meet the desired educational qualification discussed below.

• General (DR)– Graduation (in any discipline) with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD), OR Post Graduation (in any discipline) with a minimum of 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD).
• DEPR– Master’s Degree in Economics or MA/MSc in Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Financial Economics, Business Economics, Agricultural Economics, or Industrial Economics; OR Master’s Degree in Finance or MA/MSc in Quantitative Finance, Mathematical Finance, Quantitative Techniques, International Finance, Business Finance, Banking and Trade Finance, International and Trade Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance, or Agri Business Finance.
• DSIM– Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Statistics & Informatics, or Applied Statistics & Informatics with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD); OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD); OR Master’s Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Big Data Analytics with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD); OR Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Big Data Analytics with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD); OR PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics) (2 years) with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
