Punjab and Sind Bank will shortlist candidates based on the application forms submitted. Preference will be given to candidates from the same district. In some cases, zonal managers can recommend names of candidates from the adjoining districts which must be near the FLC Centre.

Punjab and Sind Bank Recruitment 2024: Job Tenure

FLC Counsellors will be hired on a contract basis for 12 months, with the possibility of annual renewal based on the recommendations of the concerned Zonal Manager until they reach the age of 65. However, the Competent Authority reserves the right to terminate the contract with 30 days’ prior notice.

Punjab and Sind Bank FLCC Salary 2024

FLC Counsellors will receive a fixed consolidated salary of Rs. 12,000 per month, along with reimbursement for actual conveyance expenses up to Rs. 2,000 per month (using ordinary bus or other ordinary means), provided by the concerned Zonal Office.
