Under the Punjab and Sind Bank 2024 Apprentice Program, a total of 100 vacancies were announced out of which 30 are in Delhi Circle and 70 in Punjab. The category-wise and state-wise vacancy breakdown has been illustrated in the table below.

Punjab and Sind Bank Apprentice 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the apprenticeship program, candidates must meet the eligibility conditions set by the bank. The age limit is 20 to 28 years, ensuring that applicants fall within the specified age range. Additionally, candidates must have completed a regular graduation from a recognized university or institution to qualify for the application process.

Educational Qualification: To be eligible candidates need to have a Regular Graduation Degree in any discipline (recognised university). Applicant must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT (should produce 8th/10th/12th mark sheet/certificate).

Age Limit: Candidates applying for the Punjab & Sind Bank Apprentice 2024 must fall under the specified age limit set by the bank. The eligible candidates who belong to a category are entitled to Age Relaxation, which is as per the government guidelines.

Note: NOT ELIGIBLE: Candidates who have completed the post-graduation or with work experience of 1 year or more are not eligible for this apprenticeship programme.

Punjab and Sind Bank Apprentice 2024 Application Fee

The application fee structure varies based on the candidate’s category. For UR, EWS, and OBC candidates, the fee is ₹200 plus applicable taxes, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are required to pay ₹100 plus applicable taxes. The fee must be paid through online mode during the application process.

Punjab and Sind Bank Apprentice Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹9,000 throughout their training period of 12 months. However, it is essential to note that apprentices are not entitled to any additional benefits like allowances or perks that are typically available to permanent employees.
