My name is Nitin Tupe. I am from Maharashtra. Being an engineer I was not interested in bank jobs but unemployment in 2015 brought me here.
This is how my journey began:
SBI PO 2016 filled the form but not appeared for the exam. At this stage, I was not interested in banking sector. Then, without studying single word I gave the following exams:
- LIC AAO 2016 – Not qualified.
- SIDBI AO 2016 – Not qualified in prelims.
- BOM PO 2016 – Not qualified in prelims.
- BOM Clerk 2016 – Not qualified in prelims.
After these harsh failures & unsuccessful attempts, I started preparing seriously. Joined Career Power Pune in December 2016.
- SBI PO 2017 – Qualified in prelims. Failed in mains by 3.5 marks.
- BOB PO 2017 – Not qualified in prelims.
- RBI GRADE B 2017 – Not qualified in prelims.
- NIACL ASST 2017- Qualified in prelims. Failed in mains by 7 marks.
- NICL AO 2017 – Not qualified in prelims.
- OIACL AO 2017 – Not qualified in prelims.
- AICL AO 2017 – Not qualified in prelims.
- IRDAI AM 2017 – Not qualified in prelims.
- IBPS RRB PO 2017 – Qualified in prelims. Failed in mains by 10 marks.
- IBPS RRB Clerk 2017 – Qualified in prelims. Failed in mains by 2 marks.
- IBPS PO 2017 – Missed final seat by 0.65.
- IBPS Clerk 2018 – Qualified in prelims. Failed in mains by 9 marks.
- RBI assistant 2017 – LPT out (Mumbai) filed case against RBI.
In depression for 2-3 months. But later I realized, know one will help you unless you help yourself. Started once again.
- BOB PO 2018 – Qualified in prelims. Failed in mains.
- SBI PO 2018 – Missed final seat by 3 marks.
- NIACL ASSISTANT 2018 – Qualified in prelims. Failed in mains by 7 marks.
- SBI Clerk 2018 – Qualified in prelims. Failed in mains.
- RBI GRADE B 2018 – Failed in prelims by 2 marks.
- IBPS RRB PO 2018 – Qualified in prelims. Failed in mains by 4 marks.
- IBPS RRB Clerk 2018 – Finally Selected!
- IBPS Clerk 2018 – Finally Selected! (BOB)
- IBPS PO 2018 – Finally Selected! (Union Bank)
Also, RBI Assistant 2017 won the LPT case against RBI. High scored in mains. Will definitely get selected in RBI. Good things comes in threes.
By analysing my own journey. I can say that “Failure is not the opposite of success. It is the part of success.” You must keep improving to push yourself to higher Standards. In competitive exams all you need is Focus, hard work, patience and self belief. Change the plans and strategies frequently and analyze which works best for you.
All The Best!
