The NICL Assistant Recruitment 2024 selection process has several steps. First, candidates will take the Prelims exam, which is qualifying but requires a minimum passing score set by the company. The two stages of NICL Assistant 2024 are Prelims and Mains and both will be conducted online. In the preliminary examination, candidates’ knowledge will be assessed in the subjects of Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language. The total number of questions asked will be 100 for a maximum of 100 marks and the time specified to solve the paper is 60 minutes(1 Hour).

The candidates who get selected as Assistants in NICL will be able to draw a basic pay of ₹22405/-.
