English Language (Easy – Moderate):
The level of this section was Easy to Moderate. There were two sets of RC. Reading Comprehension were based on passages related to Food Security and and the second passage was related to Insurance. New pattern word replacement was asked in which four words were given in bold in a sentence and the candidates were supposed to arrange those words in a way that makes the sentence meaningful.

General Awareness (Easy-Moderate):
Most of the questions asked in this section were from August and September. There were fewer questions from banking and static portion contrary to current affairs that made most of the part of GA section of this examination. There were 4-5 questions from the static part, 4-5 from banking, 5-6 from insurance and rest of the questions were based on the current affairs.
Computer Knowledge (Easy):
The level of questions asked in this section was Easy to Moderate. Candidates who are not well versed with the technical knowledge of computers could have scored easily in this section of the NIACL Assistant Mains Exam. This section covered questions from various topics of general computer knowledge like networking, terms and protocols related to the internet, MS Office, terms related to computer hardware and software and basic knowledge of the history of computer.
