Day 1-3: Revise the Basic Concepts
In the first three days, focus on revising the key concepts and go through the types of questions asked. The NIACL Assistant 2025 exam has three sections:
- Reasoning Ability
- Numerical Ability
- English Language
Start by practicing basic questions in these three sections. For Reasoning Ability, focus on topics like Seating Arrangement, Puzzles, and Syllogism. For Numerical Ability, focus on topics like Simplification, Number Series, and Data Interpretation. In English, revise grammar rules, vocabulary, and comprehension.
Day 4-6: Strengthen Your Weak Areas
By this time, you must have identified your strong and weak areas. Spend these three days practicing more difficult questions from your weak areas. For example, if you find Data Interpretation or Reasoning Puzzles difficult, practice more questions on those topics. Make sure you spend time revising what you’ve learned in the previous days.
Day 7-8: Take Mock Tests
In these two days, focus on taking full length mock tests. This will help you understand the time management aspect of the exam. During mock tests, simulate exam-like conditions to get accustomed to the pressure. After taking each mock test, analyze your performance. Identify the sections where you lost time or made mistakes, and focus on improving those areas in your next test.
Day 9: Review and Revise
On day 9, focus on revision. Go through all the important formulas, shortcuts, and tricks you’ve learned in the last few days. Also, revisit any topics which you are still unsure about. Revise the most common reasoning patterns, mathematical tricks, and vocabulary words that are often asked in the exam.
Day 10: Stay Calm and Relax
On the final day, don’t try to learn anything new. Instead, focus on revising your notes, solving a few questions from each section, and staying calm. Ensure that you have everything prepared for exam day, such as your admit card, ID proof, and other necessary documents. Take some time to relax and avoid last-minute stress.
