“Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life- think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscle, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.” -Swami Vivekananda
National Youth Day (Yuva Diwas or Swami Vivekananda Birthday) is celebrated with the great joy and enthusiasm in India every year on 12th of January. It is celebrated to commemorate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda, maker of the modern India and it was first declared by the Government of India in the year 1984 to celebrate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda as the National Youth Day.
The birthday of the Swami Vivekananda was decided to be celebrated as the National Youth Day to complete the aim of making better future of the country by motivating the youths through the way of life and ideas of the Swami Vivekananda. You are the youth of this country, you are the energy the enthusiasm, the future of India. Your prosperity in our country is not just yours, there is a bigger vision it is the actual progress of India itself.
Remember that Strength is Life and Weakness is Death…
Swami Vivekananda was an Indian Hindu monk chief disciple of the 19th-century Indian mystic Ramakrishna. Born into an aristocratic Bengali family of Calcutta, Vivekananda was inclined towards spirituality. His teachings have created a positive impact on his followers. The objective behind the government’s move was to imbibe the students and youth with the philosophy and ideals of the Swamiji, the man who brought a change in the thought process of the youth.
Swami Vivekananda once said, “To succeed, you must have tremendous perseverance, tremendous will. ‘I will drink the ocean’, says the persevering soul; ‘at my will mountains will crumble up’. Have that sort of energy, that sort of will; work hard, and you will reach the goal.”
“सच्ची सफलता और आनंद का सबसे बड़ा रहस्य यह है: वह पुरुष या स्त्री जो बदले में कुछ नहीं मांगता, पूर्ण रूप से निस्स्वार्थ व्यक्ति, सबसे सफल है “. The man or woman who asks for no return, the perfectly unselfish person, is the most successful, being an aspirant it is your hard work that will take you ahead and that will one day certainly pay off when you will achieve your goal. Don’t think of clearing marginal cut off before an exam. Is that what you think, that ‘I can attempt 12-13 questions of this section and I’ll be safe” That is certainly not the correct approach, then maybe it is an obstacle which is keeping you from getting that seat in the final phase. Arise, Awake and Not Stop till the Goal is Reached. Do your best, practice as much as you need to be perfect, competition is cut throat, whether it is banking, SSC or CTET; to succeed you have to analyse your weakness and try to overcome them and convert them to your strengths. Aim to do your best with a plan in every exam of your life.
