NABARD Office Attendant Selection Process 2024

The candidates shall be recruited via the three-stage selection process which includes Preliminary Online Examination, Main Online Examination and Language Proficiency Test.

The final merit list shall be prepared from the marks obtained in the Mains Examination (Phase II). The Language Proficiency Test is qualifying in Nature

• Preliminary Examination: Candidates will be required to appear for a Preliminary Online test, which will assess their general knowledge, reasoning ability, numerical ability and English Language.
• Mains Examination: Candidates who clear the prelims test shall qualify for the mains exam, which shall be considered for the final merit list.
• Language Proficiency Test (LPT): The third phase will include a Language Proficiency Test to ensure that the candidates are proficient in the official language of the state for which they are applying.
