NABARD Grade A Notification has been released by National Bank For Agriculture & Rural Development to recruit 150+ vacancies for the post of Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ (P & SS- Protocol & Security Service) and Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ (Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) / (Rajbhasha Service) / (Legal Service)) on its official website @nabard.org. The online application for NABARD Grade-A Officer starts from 15th January (today) and will end on 3 February 2020. There are two different categories for applying online. One for the post of Protocol & Security Service in which 5 years of Commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card is required. The other is for the post of Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS)/ Rajbhasbha/ legal service that requires the required qualification as per the job profile.

NABARD Grade A Selection Process
Selection Process for the post of Officers in Grade ‘A’ (P & SS)
For the post of Officers in Protocol and Social Security, 5 years of Commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card is required. Selection will be through Interview of shortlisted candidates. The Bank reserves the right to raise the minimum experience in order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Interview commensurate with the number of vacancies.
Interview: 100 marks
Note: Appointment of the selected candidate would be subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the rules of the Bank.
Selection Process for the Post of Officers in Grade A (RDBS/ Rajbhasha/ Legal Service)
NABARD Grade-A Exam for the RDBS is conducted in three phases: Phase-I (Prelims), Phase-II (Mains) and Personal Interview. As per the official notification, the prelims exam is to be conducted on 25 February 2020. The prelims exam has 2 hours time duration and carries a total of 200 marks. Here is the NABARD Grade-A Exam Pattern:

NABARD Grade A Mains Exam is both objective and descriptive in nature.

Applicants qualifying in the Phase-II (Mains) Examination and securing sufficiently high rank in merit shall be short-listed for interview.
