NABARD Grade A 2020 Salary
As mentioned in the official notification, the candidates who will be selected as Grade ‘A’ Officers in NABARD will get a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- per month in the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)- 46600-EB-1750(4) – 53600-2000(1) -55600 applicable to officers in Grade ‘A’.

Grade A Officers are also eligible for many perquisites, which makes it a lucrative job opportunity. As give in the NABARD Grade A 2020 notification selected candidates will be able to avail these perks according to eligibility:
- Bank’s accommodation subject to availability,
- Reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, internet, telephone charges, book grant, Allowance for furnishing of residence, etc. as per eligibility.

Eligibility for Chartered Accountant- RDBS
i) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-01-2020.
Eligibility for Company Secretary- RDBS
i) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Associate membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Membership of ICSI must have been obtained on or before 01-01-2020.
Eligibility for Finance- RDBS
i) BBA (Finance/Banking) / BMS (Finance/Banking) with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) OR Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) degree from Institutions / Universities recognised by GoI /UGC OR
ii) Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%)
Eligibility for Human Resource Management- RDBS
i) BBA (Human Resource Management)/ BBM (Human Resource Management)/ BMS((Human Resource Management) with 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) OR
ii) Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management in HRM/HR / Full time MBA degree in HRM/ HR
Eligibility for Statistics- RDBS
i) Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics with 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree in Statistics with a minimum of 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate
Assistant Manager- Rajbhasha
i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD) in the aggregate OR
ii) Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PWBD) in the aggregate. Candidate must be able to translate from English
to Hindi and vice/versa. OR
iii) Post Graduate Degree from a recognised university in Hindi with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD) in the aggregate and English as a compulsory/elective subject at Graduation level OR
iv) Post Graduate Degree in English with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD) and Hindi as a main subject at Graduation level.
Candidate must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice/versa.
Assistant Manager- Legal Services
i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by Bar council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks (SC/ST applicants – 45%) OR
ii) equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years OR
iii) LLM Degree with a minimum of 45% (SC/ST applicants – 40%) OR equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years.
For PWBD candidates, minimum required marks shall be 50% in Bachelor’s
Degree in Law in the Aggregate of all semesters/years OR LLM degree with a minimum of 45% or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years
Assistant Manager- Protocol & Security Service
Age: 25 and 40 years (the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1980 and not later than 01-01-1995)
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience is required for P&SS post with Commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card.
NABARD Grade A 2020 Recruitment Process
The recruitment process is different for both – P&SS and RDBS/ Rajbhasha/ Legal. For the posts of P & SS the scheme of selection as stated in the official notication consists of just an Interview Round of 100 marks. For other posts there will be 3 stages- Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview

As per the notification there is no sectional timing in NABARD Grade A Prelims Exam. There will be sectional and overall cut offs for both Phase-I and Phase-II.
Interview Process
Candidates selected in the Mains exam will appear in the third and final round of the Interview. This round will be of 25 marks. As mentioned in the notification the calling ratio for the interview round will be 1:5

NABARD Grade A 2020 Final Selection
The final selection in this recruitment process will be done on the basis of marks scored in the Phase-II and III i.e. the Mains exam and Interview round. It is also mentioned in the recruitment notification that amongst candidates who score equal total marks (Mains+Interview), the candidate who has scored more marks in the Main exam will be ranked higher.
NABARD Grade A 2020 Cut Off
The cut off will be declared by the organisation and there will be sectional and overall cut off both for Prelims and Mains Exam. Candidates will have to score sufficiently high score in the sectional test and complete exam as well to be able to get shortlisted for the next round.
