NABARD has released the notification for the post of Development Assistant. National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development is an apex development financial institution in India and its a dream of an aspirant to working such reputed financial institutions. Before appearing for any exam, it is important to know its pattern. You get an idea what to prepare and which section has the maximum weightage.
The selection process will involve two phases viz. Preliminary and Main Exam, both online, as under:

The Preliminary Exam consists of three sections: English Language, Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability. Candidate is required to qualify the cutoff in all sections individually as well as overall cutoff to make it for the Mains examination. English sections is of 40 Marks and has 40 Questions so it needs to be given a careful attention.

There are 5 sections in the Mains examination: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge and English Language. Only such candidates who score the cut off marks or above in the Main Examination will be shortlisted for selection. There is no interview hence Mains Exam is the final challenge in this exam.
English Language will be Descriptive in this exam. No objective English will be asked in the exam so you need to work upon your writing skills.
