Most awaited season of exams has been started with IBPS RRB PO followed by IBPS RRB Clerk which was held today.
As we have seen in IBPS RRB PO Exam Prelims Examination for Officer Scale-I Recruitment the level of PO Prelims was Easy-Moderate and thus Starting from beginning to last day last slot exam aspirants faced a similar level of Prelims Exam in all shifts of IBPS RRB PO Pre Exam 2017.
Students must be wondering what kind of exam they are going to face tomorrow. There can be some twist and turns in certain topics.
When the exam is of Easy-Moderate level this certainly is a sigh of relief for candidates but this also means that the average number of attempts may go high. Aspirants must not compromise with accuracy at any cost. Maintain your pace while solving twisted questions. Smart decisions come handy in such cases.
In the pattern of 1st Shift of RRB Office Assistant Exam, there are some major takeaways that can help you sail out this exam easily. The exam was of an Easy-Moderate level.There are 2 Sections in IBPS RRB Office Assistant/ Clerk Prelims Exam 2017 – Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude. Both the sections have 40 questions in each section. 45 minutes time limit was given for a total 80 questions.
In Quantitative Aptitude section, there was only one DI based on tabular form, 15 simplification questions, and 15 miscellaneous questions. A huge scope to increase your score for those who find DI time-consuming, 15 simplification question can be a savior for them. Miscellaneous word based questions based on Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Averages, Ratio etc. were given weightage of 15 marks which means miscellaneous questions can’t be ignored. Similarly, in DI as there are five questions, in which 2-3 of them are always easy.
Similarly, In Reasoning section, some changes were recorded.This time in the first shift IBPS RRB Office Assistant Exam there were only two puzzles :
Floor Based Puzzle (1 Variable)
Linear Seating Arrangement (1 Variable),
and rest were miscellaneous. Unlike IBPS RRB PO. So all those who couldn’t perform better or have puzzle phobia, have a chance of retake. Practice more of Numeric Series, Inequality, Syllogism and Coding Decoding (old pattern) questions.
