Manish Sisodia Declares Over 10 lakh Candidates got jobs through Delhi govt’s Rojgar Bazaar portal in 2 years: Delhi Governments job portal Rozgar Bazaar launched by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on 27th July 2020, has helped over 10 lakh job seekers to get employment so far in the national capital. According to an official statement, in the nearly two years since the launch of the portal till 30th June 2022, the total number of 10,21303 verified jobs across 32 employment categories have been generated by 19402 employers in Delhi. Delhi government’s Rozgar Bazaar Portal
The Rojgar Bazaar portal was launched by the Delhi government on 27th July 2020 to help youth seeking jobs in the national capital. As per the official data, a total number of 15,23536 unique job seekers are registered on the Rozar Bazaar portal as of 30th June 2022. The portal tracks active connections through WhatsApp, phone calls, etc. between job providers and job seekers. To ensure that no fake jobs are posted in the job portal, each new job is verified individually. Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia said that the portal plays a very crucial role during pandemic by providing entry-level and blue-collar jobs. He also said that the Delhi government believes in public welfare and will never break the public’s trust. The top four sectors in which jobs have been provided by the Delhi government’s job portal are sales, marketing, business development, and data entry.
