- State Day (Only in Sikkim)
It is celebrated to commemorate Sikkim to be the 22nd state of India. Many government programs take place on this day.
- Shab-e-Qadr ( Only in Jammu and Kashmir)
On this day, Prophet Mohammad got an award for the verses of the Quran from God. People pray for forgiveness.

On this day, Ramadan offered his last prayer. For Muslims, it is a unique festival, and they offer prayers to God on this day. In most states, there are bank holidays.
- Maharana Pratap Jayanti (Only in Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan)
The day commemorates the birth anniversary of Rajput King Pratap Singh. On this day, people perform special pooja and other processions.
- Eid-ul-Fitr
The day commemorates the end of Ramadan. People offer “Salat,” which is a prayer on this special day.
- Martyrdom Day of Sri Guru Arjan Dev ( Only in Punjab)
The day is to commemorate Martyrdom of Guru Arjan Dev Ji. People offer prayers to the guru and recite hymns from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
