Dear Friends,

This is Ashutosh Jha, going to share my success story of SBI PO. My journey started in 2016, when I first appeared in IBPS PO Prelims.
My overall exam experience are as follows:

IBPS PO – 2016
Out in mains got only 42 marks
Baroda PGDBF – OUT in mains by 0.50 marks
IBPS RRB PO – 2017
Out in final list after interview got 47.30 cutt off for General cutt off 49.95
SBI PO 2017 – Out in mains, got only 38 marks in mains
Intelligence Bureau Assistant Central investigation officer – out in final list after interview

Then I realized what was actually going wrong with me especially in interview, it was just about being confident because no one knows every answer, but you should always be authentic and confident enough to show your personal trait of being an Officer.

Finally I got selected in IBPS Clerk in Bank of India, but that was still not a favourable outcome particularly for me, I thought I deserved more, I appeared in SBI 2019, luckily I was able to do better in mains and interview both and finally I am a Probationer Officer in SBI.

One thing I want share here that “there is no destiny in life where we can say that we have succeeded, but life is a journey of full of ups and downs, don’t go by your comfort zone always”, what most people do is they do all work hard but only in there strong and favourable areas, not in where they are weak like English and GS in most of the cases, So my suggestion is to work in weak areas first, starting this is going to be boring and very tough to focus on, but slowly slowly you would realise that without doing this you would not get selected ever like what I did especially in GA.
