The candidates will be shortlisted for the interview on the basis of marks secured in the mains exam. Marks obtained in the mains exam as well as in the interview will be considered for the final merit list.
The Selection of Apprentice Development Officers from LIC Agents and LIC Employee Category will be done on the basis of a single objective type online exam, i.e. Main Examination. The exam will be conducted for 160 marks for which a composite time period of 120 minutes will be allotted.
LIC ADO Notification 2023: Salary
Life Insurance Corporation of India offers a handsome amount of salary to the employees designated for the post of Apprentice Development Officer. During the apprentice period, an ADO will receive a monthly stipend of ₹51500/- per month, except in the case of LIC Employee Category Candidates. On appointment as a Probationary Development Officer, aspirants will receive a basic pay of ₹ 35650/- per month (except for LIC Employee Category candidates) in the pay scale of 35650-2200(2)-40050-2595(2)-45240-2645 (17)-90205. The net salary of the employee in an ‘A’ Class City will be approximately ₹ 56000/-.
