RBI Assistant Prelims exam is on head. RBI Assistant is not less than a challenge due to the high competition and level of difficulty. There are 3 sections in the exam with a total of 100 marks and 60 minutes duration. Here we have some tips for the student to ace the prelims exam:

Previous Year’s Paper: Go through the previous year’s paper or memory based to check the level and types of questions asked in the examination. It will also give you an idea about the examination properly. Check section-wise and overall question paper.

Numerical Ability: It carries a total of 35 questions carrying one marks each. This section is more about practice. You can score well only if you have practiced well. However, there are some scoring areas through which you can gain decent marks. Here are some of the scoring topics of Numerical Ability:

• Simplification & Approximation
• Number Series
• Quantity Based Problems

Reasoning: There is no step wise procedure for solving reasoning problems. So, if you want to ace reasoning section, you will have to learn to apply short tricks. Work on your time management: Candidates are advised to work on your time management as it is the key to succeed in the exam. RBI Assistant is an online exam that demands proper time management.

Speed and accuracy: You will have 60 minutes to cover 3 sections and you can only have to increase speed with 70-80 % accuracy. Speed is necessary in order to reach good attempts and accuracy is needed to score well.
