- Employee engagement, operational excellence, and customer experience are the three categories recognized by the awards for “innovative excellence.”
- The bank’s ‘KBL Vikaas’ program, which debuted in 2017, laid a solid basis for digital transformation. The bank also launched ‘KBL NxT‘ in 2021 in an attempt to become the “digital bank of the future”.
- Customer experience, operations, human resources, technology, cyber security, digital marketing, and partnerships are among the areas where the bank is focusing on digitization.
