IRDAI Assistant Manager Exam Pattern 2025
The IRDAI Assistant Manager Exam 2025 will be held in three stages: Phase I (Prelims), Phase II (Mains), and the Interview. Phase I will be an objective-type online test and is only qualifying in nature, meaning the marks scored in this stage will not be counted towards the final selection. Only those who clear Phase I will be eligible to appear for Phase II. The shortlisting for Phase III, i.e., the Interview round, will be based on the total marks secured in Papers I, II, and III of the descriptive Phase II exam across all streams including Actuarial, Finance, Law, IT, Research, and General.
IRDAI Assistant Manager Phase I Exam Pattern
The Phase I Exam for the recruitment of Assistant Manager will be conducted online and it will be of objective type. The exam will be conducted both in English and Hindi language (except the test of English Language which will be only in English). There will be a negative marking and 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. To qualify the prelims examination, the candidate will have to qualify for each of the four objective tests and also in aggregate.

The IRDAI Assistant Manager Phase II Exam will be descriptive type and will consist of three papers.
