Important Changes In The JAIIB/CAIIB Exam Registration Process 2025

The banking and financial sector employees are strongly advised to note the changes in the registration and examination process. Properly following the updated process will help avoid any confusion or last-minute issues. The revisions in JAIIB/CAIIB Exam 2025 are designed to improve the exam experience for candidates, streamline the registration process, and help manage the logistics more efficiently.

Early Registration Period

To provide more time for candidates to prepare, the JAIIB/CAIIB Registration Process will begin three months before the scheduled examination date. Candidates are encouraged to be aware of JAIIB Exam Date 2025 and CAIIB Exam Date 2025 and the deadline for each exam session.

Selection of Examination Centre

During the JAIIB/CAIIB Registration Process, candidates will now have the option to select their exam centre. However, the venue and time slots will be assigned by the IIBF, which differs from previous practices where candidates could choose their preferred exam timings as well.

Admit Card Availability

Unlike earlier, candidates will not receive their JAIIB/CAIIB Admit Card immediately after registration. Instead, the admit card, which will include the exam venue and allotted time slot, will be available for download 10 to 15 days before the JAIIB/CAIIB Exam 2025. Candidates must download their admit card within this period to ensure timely access to exam details.

Revised Exam Batch Timings

The IIBF has revised the batch timings for the JAIIB Exam 2025 and CAIIB Exam 2025. The revised exam batch timing is as follows:

It is important to note that no candidate will be allowed entry into the examination venue after the designated reporting time. Therefore, candidates must ensure they arrive at the venue well before the reporting time to avoid disqualification from the exam.
