IFFCO AGT Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates considering for the training in IFFCO must be eligible in terms of educational qualification and age limit as set by it. Candidates must have a four-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree from a UGC-recognized university. General/OBC candidates should have secured at least 60% marks, while SC/ST candidates need 55% marks. Only those who have completed their degree in 2022 or later are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess a Four-Year B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full-Time Regular Degree from a UGC-recognized university/institute.

General/OBC candidates should have secured at least 60% marks, while SC/ST candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% marks.

Candidates with CGPA scores must convert them into percentages while filling out the application form.

Only candidates who graduated in 2022 or later are eligible to apply.

IFFCO AGT Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be conducted in multiple stages:

• Final Online Test: Conducted in a controlled environment at designated centers across India, including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Nagpur, and more. IFFCO AGT 2025 Salary: Training, Compensation & Service Bond

The selected candidates for the IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT) 2025 will receive a stipend of ₹33,300 per month during the one-year training period. Upon successful completion of training and subject to organizational requirements, they may be absorbed as regular employees with a starting salary of ₹37,000 per month in the pay scale of ₹37,000- ₹70,000, along with applicable allowances and benefits.

Service Bond: Candidates selected for the post must sign a Service Bond to serve IFFCO for a minimum of 3 years after training. The bond amount is:
