IDBI Assistant Manager Exam Analysis for the Second Shift.

The third and the last shift for today’s IDBI Bank Assistant Manager (PGDBF) Exam 2019 is also over. Now it’s time to analyze the final shift of the day. We expect that the aspirants would have given a great attempt. The paper in The First Shift and the paper in The Second Shift both were of easy level, and we expected it to be of similar difficulty level. The exam in the third shift was also of an Easy level.

Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation (Easy-Moderate)

In the first two shifts, there were no questions from the Logical reasoning or the Data Interpretation despite the name of the section. And a similar trend was observed in this shift as well. The level of the examination in this section was of the Easy to moderate level.

The pattern of the questions was jumbled just like the second shift, the questions were not consecutively arranged. Questions from the syllogism were of the conventional type, with no questions of only a few. There were again 2 sets of Puzzles and Seating Arrangement, the following are the types:

English Language (Easy to Moderate)

The English section in the other two shifts was either easy or easy to a moderate level, in this shift as well the paper was easy to level. Just like the other to shifts, there were no questions based on Reading comprehension. Articles and prepositions were asked to be filled in the single word filler.

Quantitative Aptitude (Easy)

The Quantitative Aptitude section followed the same trend throughout the three shifts and was of an Easy level. Questions from the Arithmetic section dominated this shift as well. There was 1 Data Interpretation (pie-chart) the same as the first shift which also had just a single DI.

Like the other two shifts, the third shift’s GA section was also dominated by economic awareness. There were 2 – 3 questions from currents affairs. Some questions were PURA, demand-supply, some questions related to budget, market profitability, etc. Overall this section was of a moderate level.
